Women At The Well Ministry
John4:5-30
November, 2001 by the grace of the spirit and under our Lord and savior, sanctifying influence, The Women at the Well was spiritually birthed. The Women at the Well ministry is a body of, Christian women uniting as one to spread the gospel. The ministry empowers all women to grow spiritually.
The Women at the Well ministry strives to make a spiritual difference within women, the church, within our families and our community. The ministry recognizes the important of prayer. Therefore, the ministry encourages Christian women to be prayful at all times.
The ministry encourages women to dress and adorn themselves daily with the amour of God. Women are taught and encouraged to minister to other women with their God given gifts. The reading, studying and application of the Holy Bible is emphasized and encouraged.
The Women at the Well fellowships focus on empowering women spiritually, which enables Christian women to glorify and edify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Women at the Well Accomplishments
2007
The women at the well sponsor Beadforlife event annually. The ministry has been sponsoring this event for the past three years. Beadforlife is an event, which supports the Acholi people of Northern Uganda.
The bead project is currently helping the beaders, which live in the Acholi Quarters to establish an income generating cooperative business to sell beads in Uganda and North America. Besides brining money to over 100 beaders directly, a large portion of the profits goes to a development fund that is growing for projects that will create sustainable development.
Beadforlife prioritize the creation of employment opportunities, education for children, youth, women issues and health care.
Since becoming involved with the BeadforLife project, The Women at the Well ministry have contributed, $4,281.00 to support the beaders of Northern Uganda. Prayfully, we will continue to support the beaders of Uganda as God leads us.
The Women at the Well has sponsored a financial literacy workshop for the last two years. During the past two years over eighty young girls have been taught how to budget, save and mange money. The fund for the workshop comes from church members, members of the community, local organizations and business. The ministry plans to hold this workshop annually. The goal of the ministry is to begin to teach young men, money manage skills as well.
The Women at the Well currently hold monthly fellowship meetings. The meetings are held the third Saturday of each month at various times. The meetings focus on empowering and developing women spiritually.
